Updating task status on Quality Notification

Hi Experts,

I have the following process in Quality Notification already in place:

A Quality notification is getting created through an action box on a Service Notification. There are the couples of tasks assigned to the Quality notification on creation.

I have the following requirement:

In the creation process, the first task should automatically be completed (TSCO, REL). How do I programatically update the task status in the creation process?

There is not standard solution available for the same. You have to go for a developmenet. Use this user exit and try

Hi Vicky,

As per my knowledge a functional module is called to create the task against the action box. This is done in customisation. As I have also tried the same scenario, the task cannot be completed or released automatically. We have to do it manually.
