you want to broadcast messages to who& SAP users? people connected through TELNET on your Unix server? You want to send emails?

Hi,

You are correct, people who are connected via Unix and i want to send e-mail as well. Can you guide me the processes for this? The scenario for this would be while they are currently log-in i want them to notify regarding the system status through broadcast message and sending e-mail as well.

This is implementation dependent. Most Unix system allow a shutdown message.

"Unix" is a general term for various operating systems.
