I have a doubt

Can consignment sales be operaterd or done in india.

Can it is possible to generate excise invoice on the basis of proforma invoice?

in indian scenario will consignment process applicable ? how about excise

For your 1st query , Yes , consignment sales can be done any where , even in India also

For your 2nd query , For your second question it is possible to generate exicse invoice but make sure that you have implemented CIN

For your 3rd query , In Indian scenario Consignment process is applicable , and coming to the excise invoice you can generate only when you use CIN

Hi Sri,

Can u tell me how Can we create Excise Invoice with ref to Proforma Invoice. As in proforma invoice we do not have accoutning entries.

I am also having a scenario where in client raised Commercial Invoice & Excise Invoice for full order in begining & late order create a dummy excise invoice based on dummy comm invoice where in accounting entries are not posted as we had paid the duties in first invoice.

Yes certainly, you can configure for Indian scenario also.

Why not ?? Certainly possible provided, you have made copy controls and CIN settings accordingly

Definitely applicable. Be it in India or overseas, wherever, you have warehouse concept, you can adopt to consignment fillup process. As for as excise part, if it is exports, duty part should not be considered. If it is local warehouse, duty is applicable.
