costcenter wise budget control-in PS

hi experts,

In Project systems is there any way to control budget based on cost center.

cost center wise budget will be given and need to be controlled while expense booking

Hi, In PS, the cost objects are WBS elements which are very similar to Cost Centers. You can have budget and also have availability control. In the case of cost center, you can have plan values as budget for passive monitoring by way running the reports at fixed intervals and variances are reported to the manangement for control purpose. As such there is no availability control as you see in the case of internal order and WBS elements. Trust this helps much! Cheers!
