Replacement order

Dear Friends,

I am trying to create a replacement order.

When entering sold to party, ship to party, material & qty; the system is throwing the error:

" Repair items have to be assigned to main item."

&

information: " Structure explosion for item 010000

possible"

I have checked the item category determination & repair procedure.

I am still getting the error.

Pls help.

Hi,

I think this is due to non-maintenance of BOM for the main item. Just check if you have maintained the BOM properly for your main item or not.

Which order type are you using, you may have to user service material for repairs.
