No Installed Products while adding Technical System in SLD!

Hello,

I am trying to add Technical Systems in SLD. when I was at the point to select the software components, I am not seeing any installed products on the left side.

I already gave the ABAP system details in the previous screens, in this wizard.

Why is it that I am not seeing any installed products.

Have you imported the latest CR content and the CIM content in SLD?

Hi Jazz,

Thanks for you response.

I followed the note 669669. There was a technical difficulty. While I was importing the CR Model (my VPN connection fails if inactivity for 90 sec, didn't realize to increase the default timeout value), I lost the internet connection while it was importing half way through. Now the portal is not working. (http://host:port/irj, not even/sld, /admin). I restarted the whole system from SAP MMC. Still no result.

Did anybody encounter this strange issue. Is there a fix for this kind of generic problem.

Please check the logs in the work directory and see what the error you get over there when you restart the system. If possible, paste the logs over here.

I set the "LockNamespaceOnImport" parameter to FALSE in the "ImportExport. Also changed the StrictModifyClassChecks and RejectUnsupportedCIMQualifiers parameters in the SLD Web UI (Administration -> Profile, Section ObjectManager) to the value "false".

It worked and able to create the Jco Destinations.
