Output procedure in sales orders

I want in the output procedure to have 5 output types. Its one will have the same form that is being printed but in each one only some specific materials from the sales order will be printed according to the material group that each material has in the material master.

For example in the output type 1 it will be printed only the materials with the material group 10 etc

So what is your question? Probably the easiest way will be to use one output form and have as many pages for it as you have different material groups in the sales order.

Hi stlianos

In an output procedure you can have maintain many output types. But you maintain the key combination as customer/material grp or as per your requirement you can change the key combination also but maintain material grp.Assign this conditon table in the access sequence and assign this access sequence in the output type details. Now in VV11 you maintain the conditon record

Say your output procedure is V10000 and in this V10000 you can assign many output types and if you want to change the access sequence also you can. Now maintain condition record in the same way for those output types which you are assigning to the output procedure.

If you want to change the format of the output go to V/30 and select the output type and click on side sub tabs , in that tab you can assign the smartforms so that as per your requirement the format will change.

Hi,

Goto SPRO- Sales and distribution -> basic functions -> output controls - output determination -maintain output determination for sales documents.

In maintain condition tables, create a new table with required fields (include material group field -MATKL).

Then add this table in your output types access sequence.

Then create output condition master record for each output.

This will resolve your requirement.

Shiva Ram's solution for having the five different output types sounds good. Forget what I said above, it's going to be too complicated and actually not very usable either.
