I am trying to register MDM in SLD according to the guide

I downloaded sldreg (32bit windows ) from the service market place and I get an error
The system cannot execute the specified program.
any ideas?

Have you downloaded the libraries needed according to your OS.
Please check your MDM CIM classes.
