Exception : System_Failure

Hi,

I have configured the RFC to Web Service scenario and if i try to execute the Function module in R/3 its giving error

EXCEPTION -

---

SYSTEM_FAILURE.

Please can anybody knows why its coming?

Hi Naidu,

Check if the target system is up (here XI), and the network is up. It happens because of some connectivity issues. Also check in SM59 for the remote connection test.

Hi Sudhir,

I have checked the Target and network connections, both are up and also checked the RFC Testconnections.

Everything is fine, but still getting same error.

Hi Naidu,

You have provided us a very generic error message. To get a more specific/detailed error, you have to check the transaction Tcode ST22 which Dharamveer has suggested.

Once you see the detailed message, it will be easy to narrow down the possible cause of failure.

Hi

check Dump analysis in Tcode ST22 you can find deatil SYSTEM FAILURE.

System faliure occurs when systems is not able to communicate with other. So check remote loging in RFC destination.
