Wily Introscope and ISAgent in Solution Manager Diagnostics

We are installing Solution Manager 7.0 along with Solution Manager

Diagnostics. The installation appears to force the installation of

Wiley Introscope. The installation guide refers to the installation of

ISAgent, which we are in the process of downloading and installing.

However, the Wiley Introscope Enterprise Manager does not seem to be

available for download from Service Marketplace.

Questions:

Does the ISAgent contain Wiley Introscope EM as well?

If not, where does one get the Enterprise Manager software?

Is Wiley Introscope a product that must be purchased separately or

does it now come with Solution Manager Diagnostics?

Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Wily Introscope Enterprise Manager doesn't come with Solution Manager Diagnostics.

As well no need to buy seperately.

You can download it from service market place in the following path.

Support Packages and Patches->SAP Technology Components->SAP SOLUTION MANAGER

->SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.0->Entry by Component->Solution Manager JAVA Stack

->WILY INTROSCOPE ENTPR MGR 7.2.
