VA22 - Change Quotation - Please explain in Brief

Please explain the Process of T.Code VA22.

Hi Vijaya,

Va22 is for changing the quotation , ie validatity period , quantity etc .

according to SAP the tcodes naming conventions are as follows

Va21 - create

va22- change

va23 -display

Suppose you have created a quotation with va21 yesterday and in that you mentioned the validatiy data as 22/ 12/2008 . but now you want to cahnge the date , now you will enter into va22 and change that and save it .

Note : once the quotation is fulley referenced in the sales order it cannot be changed

Dear VujayaLakshmi,

Like, VA02, all sorts of changes (Partners - except Sold-to-Party, Qunatity, New Item addition etc..) could be made in to Tansacion VA22.

If, there is any subsequent Sales Document (say, Sales Order), then once the Quatation is referenced, Items can't be Changed, only new-items could be Added, in to Quotation

there is no process

In VA21 we create a quotation

After that is saved and after some days or any moment if you want to change some data like validity period, order qty etc

You can do it in VA22 and save it

What exactly you require?

not too sure if i want to write this but VA22 pulls up the relevant program behind the scenes that allows to change the Quotation.

Hello,

If you want to change the quotation, you may use the transaction VA22. You may change the validity date, price, quantity ....etc from VA22 of an existing quotation.
