RRB Issue

Hi,

I am facing problem while doing RRB. At the time of creating billing request thru' DP91 , the system is picking the Amount to be billed but the net value is coming 0.

Due to this the billing request amount is 0. Can anybody suggect what setting is missing?

If the pricing is zero, then it sounds like pricing hasn't been maintained. The next time you run DP91, go to the sales price view, select a line and check the conditions there. To analyze further, choose Analysis at the bottom of the conditions tab. This will take you to the pricing analysis overview screen. Check the conditions you would expect pricing to be (PR00, for example) and see if the condition technique found relevant pricing through the access sequence.

next check access sequence exclusion indicator activate or not

and maintain condition record proparly
