Dear experts,

How can we view the pending appropriation requests in Business workplace?

for example: if the request is pending with Level 3 approver (In case 4 Levels approvers). How do we view the pending status with whom it is pending? Is it possible in SAP Business workplace?

txn SWI1 - Selection report for work item. is used for the same. If know the work item no which you want see than directly give no . Otherwise you can give date & time --> exucute.

Sys wil l give you all the work itme of the perticular date. Now select the work item which you want to see.--> Dispay workflow log. from there you can come to know weather it is approved or not, pending with whom etc.
