https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/50171256-1ee2-2a10-3f84-ddecf098...

and if still these fields mentioned are disable install java version 1.4.2 from http://java.sun.com/

Do the following.

1) First download the java Web start version 1.4.2_XX edition from Sun site and install it.

2) Control Panel -> Open Java ---> Java TAB --> Click View button under Java Application Runtime Settings -->Uncheck the 1.6 version & CHECK 1.4 version, then save by clicking Ok button.

3) Open Java Web Start -->under File Menu -->preferences --> Java TAB --> Uncheck the 1.6 version & CHECK 1.4 version, then save by clicking Ok button.

Close your IR and reopen. Now your mapping template button will be active.

Thanks,
