T-code - 'MCTG' 'New Division'

We have Created New Division in our System & also done some transaction in that.But the Sale of that Division is not reflecting in 'MCTG' report.Should i have to assign this divison for this report.

Hi Virendra,

1. Check the new division is assigned to the Statistics Update group item in OVRP-T-code (Assign Update Group at Item Level).

2. Check the division is assigned to the statistics group header in OVRO - T-code(Assign Update Group at Header Level)

3. Update groups assigned to the S002 -Sales office report( MCTG ) can be found in MC26 (Maintain Update Rules).

All the above said customization will come under Logistics Information System (LIS)- Logistics Data Warehouse-Updating---)

Hi,

in order to update the statistics for old documents please also consider the following:

1. restructure the sales orders: Run report RMCVNEUA (TA OLI7)

2. restructure the deliveries: Run report RMCVNEUL (TA OLI8)

3. restructure the billing docs: Run report RMCVNEUF (TA OLI9)
