How I can get documentation from SM

Hello experts,

I need to get some documentation from SM, about CRM, I found a note 1084315 the note said that

you can find documentation in Solution Manager . but I do not know how to do it.

Can every one tell me how I can do that.

Hi,

Solution Manager Knowledge Warehouse stores and consists of all documents.

You can get those documents using transaction code: SI80

Just hit "Search" button on the top leftside of the screen which will ask you to choose the category for the selection. You can search info objects related/documents to CRM by entering *CRM* in the selection parameter.

I enter in tx SI80 and I can not find the information about CRM. Do you thing I have to do something aditional to get it.

I have this options:

AcceleratedSAP

Documentation

Management

IMG document repository

Solution Manager

Training

HTML Based documents

Performance Assessment

Demostration area

Quality management manuals

XML Documentation

XML training

If i select any one, the next search do not have any about CRM
