Error in Adapter Engine - No messages in SXMB_MONI

Hello All

I am getting the following error message in the adapter in RWB. The interface was working fine and suddenly no messages are created in XI. When I checked in Adapter, the error is:

Error: 2008-12-10 15:25:17 EST: Message processed for interface ZSD_GET_CNTRCT_PRC_FRM_CARS: com.sap.aii.af.mp.module.ModuleException: call to messaging system failed: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: Received HTTP response code 500 : Internal Server Error caused by: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: Received HTTP response code 500 : Internal Server Error

Did anybody encountered this type of error.

By seeing the error Received HTTP response code 500 : Internal Server Error, I thought Java server is down but it is up and running fine. Refreshed the Cache and restarted java server but still getting the same error.

look SAP Notes u2013 804124, 807000

Tcode-SU01 Check any LOCK.

Check the TABALE SPACE

User is not locked. Also Table space is fine.

Check the TCP IP RFC destinations and users used in them.

Checked TCP/IP Connections, all are ok.

What are AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER, AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER? Where do I see these?

You will see both these in the TCP / IP connections.

Also check if PIISUSER is not locked..!!

Check with basis team :

1. Whether HTTP service running fine or not ?

2. PIAPPLUSER is locked or not ?
