Activating ABAP Proxies setup error

HI

I am activating ABAP Proxies by following this blog

at first step: "HTTP Connection to Connect SAP R/3 to SAP XI"

while creating RFC on ECC for PI system

I gave all parameters when I try to save warning message says that "Query String not allowed" by pointing at

Path Prefix: /sap/XI/engine/?type=entry

I could not save my RFC and could not move to Logon &Security tab.

1. What exactly meant by this error

2. What value i have to give on Path Prefix

"Query string not allowed"

This should be a warning. You may ignore it.

Make sure that you are not using the java port 5xxxx. Instead you should use abap port 8xxx.

Hi Prateek,

I am using ABAP port 8xxx.

Ignore in the sense, should I not give any entry in Path Prefix ?

Path Prefix is mandatory. When "Query String not allowed" appears, press enter and then save.
