no suitable partner determined for the partner function

Hi all,

There is a problem with automatic email notification. In the action log of an issue I could see that the designated action profile is triggered and one condition is also met but when it comes to partner determination - I am getting d following msgs in the action log of the issue.

Action is partner dependent, partner determination is performed

NO suitable partner has been determined

No partner exists with role SLFI0004

Action merging: One unprocessed action allowed for each processing type

pls help.....

Goto your document (issue) and enable technical names (Alt+F12 -> Options -> Expert -> Controls: Display keys in drop-down box)

In tab "transaction data" goto partner tab and check if function SLFI0004 is assigned and a business partner is supplied for that function.

Hi Dhiraj,

Check the following

In the partner determination procedure for the issue, did u assign that partner function SLFI0004 under the menu "Procedure to assign user"

if yes, then check the SLFI0004 field in the issue having any business partner value.
