Problem with search values by call up F4

Hi all,

I've created a Quotation. But in the Screen Item Details - Shipping Tab, when I call up F4 - search values for Shipping Point, the system displays error message VP850 "No possible entries exist for this field" --> It is a program error? Please help me solution to resolve it.

I'm using IDES ERP ECC 6.0 SR3, Database SQLServer 2005, Window 64bit 2003.

First in img-enterprise structure-definition-logistics execution-define,copy,delete, check shipping pt

Have you defined it there

img-enterprise structure-Assignment-logistics execution-Assign shipping pt to plant

have you done this

After this in OVL2 have you assigned shipping pt for the combination of shipping condition in CMR,Loading group in MMR and delivering plant

If this is pakka then you will not have this error

I think the VP850 error is due to missing customizing but not program bug.

Please check your customizing via following path:

IMG -> LE -> shipping -> basic function -> shipping points and receiving

points determination -> assign shipping points
