excisie invoice clubbing

Hi Friends,

How we can clubbed together all excise invoice in to commercial invoice.

For example I am having 5 different excise invoice for whihc i need to get one commercial invoice how it can be achieved?

please help on this.

Also is there any stanedard report to view billing doucment tracking? I mean one could able to see corrosponding doucment for billing doucments.(like sales order, delivery)

Hi

This is the flow of Factory sales:

Sales order

Delivery

Billing/invoice/commercial invoice

Excise invoice.

Please note that you CANNOT club excise invoice for commerical invoice but you can have multiple excise invoice for commercial invoice. I MEAN if you have 10 line items in your billing document and

you can create excise invoice with reference the billing document say for example two line item each.

So you can have 5 excise invoice created for this.

Line item control needs to be customized under CIN settings as per your requirement say for exapmle 2 or 5 line items.
