We are using SRM 5.0 (ECS). I am facing a problem with Bid E-mail. How to send automatically E-Mail just after approving Bid, Contract, and PO?
When I am clicking on u201CInform Bidder of Changeu201D Button then I am getting a log u201CIncorrectly processedu201D. I am getting following Logs in Bid -> Bidder Bids -> Log.
Information Date: 10.12.2008 Time: 18:01:50
Information Name of the Smart Form: BBP_BID_INVITATION
Information Processing class: CL_PD_BID_PROCESSING_BBP
Error Status information for document is initial
Error Error when sending to
Error Action could not be successfully executed
But When I am clicking on the u201COutput Pushbuttonu201D in Log , E-mail is sending successfully. I have to click u201COutput Pushbuttonu201D for every Bidder. So how to send to all Bidders when I click on u201CInform Bidder of Changeu201D Button in u201CBid -> Bidder Bidsu201D? Or How to send automatically after final approval of Bid,Contract,PO ?
