delivery issue

Hi,

I created one material with sales & Accounting view only.

I upload material directly to Unrestricted stock with Movement type 561 in MB1C

Now i created one sales order i mentioned that storage location also

at the time of delivery I am getting the error that

" Sales order stock doesn't not exit"

this should not happen bcoz i am doing delivery directly from unrestr. then why system asking for sales order stock?

What is the Requirement type that you are getting in your sales order? Look in the Procurement tab.

Also, which Item category are you getting for the item? Maybe you are getting an item category for which an MTO Req. type is getting picked up.

HI Rahul,

As the message is relating to Order stock, I think system is considering the item as Make to Order. Please check the Requirement type, Item category and Requirement class assigned to the Requirement type.

hai,

What is your scenario-

as u said,if its MTS,

you should maintian strategy group in MRP view either 10 or 11.

because from Starategy group -system triggers Req type:KSV.

check ur req type:- as said above ( procurement tab)

check availability overview also.

if stock is available in that storage location, system has to allow you to create delivery.

if not, check with the previous orders/blocks/current stock/ maintain required tabs in Material master.

- First check in MMBE whether the stock is available in "Unrestricted"

- Then go to MMSC and check whether that storage location is maintained for that material.

& also That storage location is maintained against that material.

I agreed with ur solution.

but in my case I already upload stock to Unrescri. with 561 in MB1c

and i want to do delivery through that Location only

but at the time of delivery error is sales order stock does not exit this is MTS scenario not MTO.
