Archive Link & DMS

Hi all,

Can somebody provide me the document / information regarding usage of archive link for static documents link scanned documents/invoices. What is configuration needed. How effectively we achive corelation between DMS and archive link.

Pramod,

Archivelink is a tool to store documents in SAP. It has two interfaces :-

1) An interface with SAP Applications like DMS, MM, FICO, HR

2) An interface with External Componentsl ike Content Server, Storage Programs etc

Arhcivelink comes in SPRO-> SAP Netwear->Application Sever-> Basis Settings-> Archive Link

Usually Archivelink is used to store HR related documents in SAP.

We can use Archivelink scenario for DMS also to store documents.
