Patch SAP HOST Agent in PI 7.1 ( Netweaver 7.1)

Hi ,

We have recently installed PI 7.1 . We want to update the latest patch for SAP HOST agent which is located in /usr/sap/hostctrl

The lastest file avialable is SAPHOSTAGENT_28-10004179.SAR.

Do we need to manually uncar the file to location /usr/sap/hostctrl making sure that all its services are stopped.

or is there any procedure for updating SAP Host agent.
