Is there a place in CM i can see the status of that customer, we are doing mapping, and was wondering the mapping can be done for such a thing, and also can the mapping can be done of when that customer was created in legacy system, they want those dates to be transferred in to SAP.

hello amit,
sorry for my query being not clear, here are 2 question
1-where in customer master we can see if that customer is active, or blocked/suspeneded.
2-the cleint has an requirment while we are mapping the cusomer master, in his legacy system, when that customer was created that data is establised, and he wants those dates to be transferred in to sap, how do we do that.
hope i am more clear this time.
regards
hello Sai,
thankyou for your responce, i see the field in se11, but it is in blue does it mean anything, & also i am not able to see in CM- company code level any where that field.
under which tab this field shoud be, or is it not suppose to over there, and if we want it to come on that tab what to do, and the main question, while mapping i should just give detail like KNB1- ERDAT to the person who will do LSMW.
regards
Dear Dilip,
Within CMR (XD02/ 03), check with,
(Menu-bar) Extras --> Deletion Flags
within "Deletion Flags", you will find:
1. Customer details (Company Code & Sales Area, under which Customer is created)
2. Tab: Deletion Flags (Central Deletion Flag - company code or Sales area or selected area
3. Tab: Deletion Blocks (Central Deletion Block for Master Record - General Data, Selected Comp. Code..)
If, field(s) are Cleared, i.e. not ticked, that means its not flaged for deletion/ block.
Similarly, you may check with:
XD02/ 03 --> (Menu-Bar) Extras --> Blocking Data
Here, you may check for Blocking of Customer, say for Billing/ Delivery/ Sales order creation for Sales Area(s) or company code etc...
I hope, this is what you were asking for.
Best Regards,
Amit.
