ES Workplace access?

Hi all -

I'm trying to get access to the ES workplace at erp.esworkplace.sap.com. There's a link for the SOA registry form - but it's dead - results in a 404 error. Does anyone know how I can get access to the ES workplace? I'd really like to try out web services with it.

I experienced something similar as well. It seems both links still work and a web browser restart resolves the problem.
