Hello All,

if the order after being saved is changed for quantity, how would the WM would be notified about the changes, in quanity, or if the order is cancelled after the picking list is printed, how would the WM would be notifed about that.

Hi

whether you can change the order depends on what further processing has been done against that order

Ex if you have an item X in order & thenu create the delivery then system will not allow u to change the quantity unless i delete the delivery,

Ifyou don't want to delete the delivery then you can add one more line item to the sales order,

so if you print the picklist & then reverse the entire flow in SAP then that printout will not be valid as the supporting docs would not be available in SAP,

so that printout of picklist would be of no use

if you are increasing the quantit after a delivery has been created, the system will create an additional delivery with the difference. This quanity requirement will then generate a new WM transfer requirement or transfer order depending on your customising.

You can only reduce the quantity after a delivery has been created, if the corresponding TR and/or TO are cancelled and the delivery deleted or delivery line item quantity has been changed to 0.
