TMS job - User id

Hi,

While scheduling TMS job for automatic import of transports from Dev to QA system, it comes with my user id. I wanted to make it some system id like DDIC or TMSADM.

Currently it is running with out any issues.

Which is best practice to schedule on which user id?

Hi,

The TMS job will indeed be scheduled under your name, but all it does is launching the 'real' import jobs (RDD* jobs) which will run under DDIC

You might want to consider scheduling the TMS job under a system user, for in case you would leave the company, your user is renamed,...
