Error Saving Business View Manager Object

What rights are required to perform the following task(s)?

1. Save an object from the Business View Manager to the BO Enterprise XI R2 repository.

When I try it I get the following error message:

Failed to save object "Data Foundation 1".

Error details:

Operation failed: You do not have edit right on: "Repository root folder".

Note: This error occurs on any folder.

You should have folder creation,object creation rights

I have a Crystal developer who is getting this same error when trying to add something to the 'Business Views Manager.' I have gone into 'Business VIews Manager' and added the group he is a member of to the folder he is working in and granted 'View, Edit and Set Security'. That didn't work so I moved the security up to the root level and it still didn't work. You say he needs create folder and create object rights - but where are those rights granted? The Edit rights options does not say anything about 'Create Folder etc and there is no references in the Help. Is it in the CMC? If it is in the CMC then what section? That goup is already assocated with the folder the reports are in with 'Full Control'.
