First go to MMBE and check whether stock is available for that material in Unrestricted. If available, then go to VA02, input the sale order reference and execute. From the main screen, go to schedule line tab and see whether the stock is flowing under the tab "Confirmed qty". If not, from top menu bar, click on "Edit -- Item Availability" and save. Now create delivery in VL01N.

thanks

Hi vamsi

Go to VA02 ->item data->schedule line tab , there you check the delivery date , As per the delivery date you can create the delivery

Say for example :

Sales Order has been created on 14/12/2008 and the delivery date is 15/12/2008.But if you create delivery on 14/12/2008 then you will get the error telling that NO SCHEDULE LINES DUE FOR DELIVERY

Hi Vamshi,

The Delivery is the result of confirmed schedule line which is in Sales Order. So you can create the delivery on the confirmed schedule line date. First Check the Scheduleline

1). Go to your Sales order VA02 --> Go to --> Item --> Schedule lines, you can see the confired quantity and the confirmed Delivery date. Input this date in the VL01N screen, the system will allow you to create the delivery.

if still it will not allow you then goto to the below step.

2) Goto MMBE check the stock by specifying you Plant and Storage Location if required stock is not there then goto t.code mb1c enter movement type 561, Plant and Storage Location. then specify you Material and required Quantity. Save.

then create the Delivery.

hi,

the prime reason for this is entering of wrong delivery date. please check the confirmed delivery date in the order and enter the same in the VL01N screen.

this should slove your problem.

Hi,

The error message displayed in VL01N says there is no stock of the line items entered in sales order.

To verify this you can check the material stock with transaction MMBE.

Here you need to put material number & plant through which you want to despatch.

Check whether material is available.

The next thing is go to sales order & carry out availability check for that line item

In availability check screen, click on confirm button.

In schedule line screen, check the delivery date on which the quantity is confirmed.

In VL01N, main screen you can put this date & create delivery document.

Later you can do post goods issue, as per the latest availability date.

You can also check transaction MD04 to see the material requierments.

In this screen you will get material stock status in relation to your sales order.

If the stock is not there, you can create it with MB1C transaction.

Put the relevant movement type, plant, storage location, material data.

Enter the required quantity & get the stock in relevant plant.

Now you can do PGI in your earliar saved delivery document.

Thanks & Regards,

"NO SCHEDULINES DUE FOR DELIVERY UP TO THE SELECTION DATE"

- This issue has been replied correctly a couple of times in this thread but to make sure the majority wins, I reply again From this screen, go back (the green arrow), adjust the selection date (for example change the year to next year) and press enter again. Now you'll be able to proceed and also deliver provided that you have stock available.

The root cause is that the availability check of none of the items in your order has been able to confirm the goods issue date for any schedule line by the date on which you are creating the delivery.

In this case I think either your Picked Qty = 0 or confirmed qty= 0

i.e you don't have enough stock to create delivery (See available stock through MMBE for that material, Plant).

2ndly,

You can open the order through VA02

Go to Schedule line item > see the confirmed qty date.(2nd line of confirmed qty)

If there is no Confirmed qty then click Item Availability and schedule confirmed date according to requirement.

Now Try T-Code Vl01N

Plant

Confirmed qty date

Standard Order No

Hi

*You just go back to your "Create Delivery screen", I mean to the initial screen and change the "Selection date" to some later date in future and then enter into the document.

*You will not face any problem now.

I think, in your "Create Delivery screen" (in VL01N screen), "SELECTION DATE " is to-day's date.

Hello,

The delivery is the result of confirmed schedule line. So you can create the delivery on the confirmed schedule line date. Go to your Sales order VA03 --> Go to --> Item --> Schedule lines, you can see the confired quantity and the date. Input this date in the VL01N screen, the system will allow you to create the delivery.

Hi there,

1st check if delivery is already created for the line items.

If not, then check in VA03 --> GOTO --> Item --> Schedule lines. There will be 2 lines for each item. Item quantity qill be confirmed in the 2nd line. Pick up that date.

Also availability check is done at storage loc level in the delivery. So go to OVL3 check what storage loc is assigned to the shipping point. Check in MMBE if stock is available against that storageloc.

In VL01N, give that date in schedule lines 2nd line, along with the shipping point, sales order. Create delivery

hI ,

There may be two reasons behind this issue

1. First check the schedules lines in the sales order item level at the schedule line tab.

2.Check whether there is stock available in the Plant for it

Goto Tcode MB1C and entre the movement type as 561 and the plant and the storage location

Hope it will solve ur issue...

Hello Vamsi reddy

Welcome to the beautiful world of SAP

In the sales order select the line item and go to the item details and go to schedule line tab and see the confirmed delivery date

For that date only you can create delivery

See that matches with today

If that matches today you can create delivery today
