Team for GRC implementation.

Hi,

I want a information on team for GRC implementation. I mean to say, team members should be of what skill sets for respetive modules.

Is it possible for a pure technical person to take up GRC implementation.

Please suggest.

Hi Pravin,

A pure technical person will not be able to understand all implications of the configuration. At the least a person should be well versed in business processes and SAP authorization concept like Tcode, auth Objects values, PFCG, tcodes implication.

1. Technical aspect like SAP Basis skills - Installation,configuration,Jobs, Performance tuning,monitoring, Security in Java System

2. SAP Security and Authorization concepts for backend system

3. Functional Knowledge of all business processes at the level of authorization granting.

If a person has all qualities, then sure he or she can do it. But it is difficult to grasp all things for a sinlge person.
