Hi All,
While launching a workflow or moving workflow to next step im gettin an error " Database Command execution error. A SQL statement failed to execute. The actual error may have bee written to a log file".
The workflow doesn't move ahead and status of Workflow becomes "Trash"
If anyone has come across such a problem pls guide me how to go about solving this.
Hi Manish,
Check the Workflow design or create a new workflow of same design and try executing that. You can also try reloading of MDM repository and then execute the workflow.

Hi Manish,
Database error is not a very coomon errors when working with workflows.
You need to check if you are using the correct MS Visio application to design the workflows.also check your workflows is correctly build and save.
Check to see that the workflow installable.exe file is of the same version as the MDM server version.
Also try and check and repair your repository it self by using the console context menu on the rep and repair if any errors are present in the rep.
Hope It Helped
