Error in Shoppping cart

Hello SDNers,

When I test the service bbpsc02 in SICF, (http://eccserver:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpsc02?sap-client=001)

I'm getting the below error:

System Messages: Attribute for user BASIS contains errors. Inform system admin.

Also for another service,

Error when processing your request

What has happened?

The URL http://eccserver:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpsc01 was not called due to an error.

Note

The following error text was processed in the system SRM : Attribute for user BASIS contains errors. Inform system admin.

The error occurred on the application server eccserver_SRM_00 and in the work process 1 .

The termination type was: ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:

Can you run this report for that particular user in EBP ?

se38 ->BBP_CHECK_CONSISTENCY - for Shopping cart or PO.

Hope that you get error message for that user. so you can trace what are the attributes are missing?

I have run the report BBP_CHECK_CONSISTENCY with the inputs

User ID:

Max no: of hits: 100

User Attributes for application(Checked) - Purchase Order

Attributes of Organization units (Checked)

I got the error " Attribute check failed" as the output.

Please guide me on how to proceed further.

The info in the performance assistant is as below:

Attribute check for BASIS failed

Message no. BBP_ATTR_CHECK072

Diagnosis

Attribute check for BASIS (object US_BASIS) has failed.

Procedure

In Transaction PPOMA_BBP, check if BASIS (object US_BASIS) is integrated completely into the organizational structure. If it is a user, carry out a consistency check first.

Hi

first clarify. Hope that your "basis" user is integrated to organisation structure via users_gen.

How many red colors you got it. in every red color the error message teaches you like KNT what are the attribute is missing.

hope that your user is existing in ppoma_bbp .

hope that you created just SU01 user and you did not integrate to organisational strucure so you dont have any attributes to do shopping. Every EBP user must be assigned to orgainsational structure.here it creates BP for every user and central persons are created.

go to ppoma_bbp and determine where do you want to fit that basis user depends on your business and note that object id ex 5XXXXXXXXX and come to users_gen and click copy user and employee data .

later you get 4 radio buttons and select create from existing su01user and now give orga id 5XXXXx which you took from organisational structure and give correct country code in the ppoma_bbp and you get pop up message restrictions of user list .select area of user and now you supply your user as basis.
