SAP Tutor version error

Hi,

When I try to open .SIM files over SDN eLearning, some files (like files in SAP XI eLearning) I am able to open, but for some files (like files in SAP MDM eLearning) I get the error saying that "This tutorial cannot be run by this version of SAP Tutor. To run the tutorial ou must licence SAP Tutor."

Please suggest me what to do. (I have downloaded and installed the latest SAP Tutor available at SDN).
