We are preparinga genraral documentation for implementation. IS there are general questioannaire format for the business process in DP/SNP, PPDS ?

Any help / link / reference will be highly helpful.

Hi,

We did similar excersise in our organization.. we developed our own template in excel format... which is easy for filter module wise business process wise.
