You can use table KNA1

In VA05 or VA05N, you will find two tabs, viz.Order quantity and Open quantity.

I think, the best report that is available for above requirement: VL10C

Alternatively, you may also check: S_ALR_87012174

You can see the customer open items in the table BSID and cleared items in the table BSAD (T. Code: SE16).

In VA05, I am not getting the open quantity, only ordered qunatity is coming.

Whether I have to go for Zee development?

Dear Senni

No zee development is required. In VA05 itself, at the bottom, you can see "Selection criteria" tab. There select "Open sale orders" and execute.

For open sales orders, VA05N. select open sales orders.
