portal url in KM docs

HI all,

when i upload the docs in km , in its property target url is not comming, domain name is empty.

How to solve this ??

hi,

To enable KM to generate URLs for services, you need to specify the address of the portal in KM configuration.

Procedure

1. In the portal, choose System Administration System Configuration  Knowledge Management  Content Management  Global Services.

2. Choose Show Advanced Options and then URL Generator Service.

3. Choose Edit. In the Hosts parameter, enter the address of the local portal server including the protocol, host name, domain, and port number.

e.g.

http://portalhost.mydomain.com:50000
