BP Synchronization with Customer

Hi All

I create a customer and The system create the BP role TR00600 automaticly.

But when I associate it to my lease-out contract in posting parameter there is the error RETMFI008: The bp is not a customer. In the table CVI_CUST_LINK I have the link between the object.

Why is there this error? My bp is a customer....

Hi Siva

in customizing --> cross application --> Master data synchro --> Synchro Control --> Activate synchro object

you have to check bp > customer and customer> BP

in this case it works

I resolve my problem.

I don't activate synchro BP-->Customer

Hi Sarah,

I am also facing the same problem. The BP is created automatically, and the link is also seen from Customer to BP. But still the error is seen.

Pl guide how to resolve it. You don't activate the BP to customer means ??? can you please elaborate with the steps and menu path.
