Hey experts,
Can I delete all support packages that are in EPS/in after I've completed implementation?

Generally, you can remove these after you have completed the implementation into your production system.

Once you have finished applying support packages, you can delete the files, any ways you will not use them again. So in any case you can delete them.Once you apply the patches.

One case would be were you have a production support system that receives service pack updates after your production system.
