In an access sequence, how can I change the document field?

If its just changing the field from document structure KOMK to KOMP, then you can do it in the access sequence in the follwoing way-

Go to the relevant access Sequence- click on Accesses -select the table - click on fields.

Now select the field for which you want to change the Document Structure, and then in the same screen to the bottom there will be an Icon (Filed Catalog)- click on that and select from which table you want your field to be read....either KOMP or KOMK.

This field should be available in both KOMPAZ and KOMKAZ tables to do this.

Hi,

In access sequence, you cannot change any field of the condition table. You can only add or delete condition tables.

If you want to delete a field from a condition table in access seq, then you have to delete teh condition table from the access seq, and then include the correct condition table in the acc seq.
