Hello,
I want to redirect a spool request which is generated by a background job to the "Own Spool Requests" of another user. The job runs with my user, but the result should be accessed by another user with his own spool requests. Is there any way to do this?
Regards

If the requirement is to make the result available to another user, you can make use of the spool list recipient property of a background job.
After a job is scheduled, select the job in SM37 and change it. There will be a button "Spool list recipent" provided next to the field "Exec. Target". Select "internal user" radio button and mention the user id in the field provided. Click copy and then save the job.
The user will get the result in his SAP inbox.
Regards,
Anish
