What is push delivery,when it will use?

when i am uploading the customer master iam getting the error

invalid legacy customer?

I mean, are you using LSMW or some BDC-Program..?

Hi,

Push Delivery is transfer posting of materials from 1 Stoarage location to another. In standard SAP we use movement type 311 for transfer posting.But Push Delivery may also happen in between 2 different countries e.g. Mexico to USA where you require documents for border crossing.You can get the required outputs for the same by creating new output types and T.codes.

Please check with sales area data Account at customer is maintainer or not.

If it is maintained it will work.
