Confirmation (GR) going to approval process

Dear All,

In SRM, we are doing the confirm goods/services for the PO genereated in the backend (based on PR generated from the shopping cart created in SRM).

We have activated the 'no approval required workflow' WS10400010 for confirmation that too without any start conditions. (event trigerring in SWU0 is happening as expected and only this workflow is being successfully started)

But, still after the confirmation process, the status remains awaiting approval.

Any idea??

standard Sub-workflow was in inactive state

Hi,

Check whether the Gross amount in the workflow is set to zero.
