Confirmation (GR) of shopping cart

Dear All,

In SRM, we are doing the confirm goods/services for the PO genereated in the backend (based on PR generated from the shopping cart created in SRM).

We have activated the 'no approval required workflow' WS10400010 for confirmation that too without any start conditions. (event trigerring in SWU0 is happening as expected and only this workflow is being successfully started)

But, still after the confirmation process, the status remains awaiting approval.

Any idea??

Hi,

Please check the document status in BBP_PD transaction. Find the workflow item ID and copy it. Paste the ID in SWI1 transaction. Do you see any information in the workflow log?

Standard sub-workflow was in inactive state
