Yes you can create an anonymous application by simply embedding a username and password within the SICF node for the particular WDA application. Please note while technically quite easy to do, this might be a violation of SAP license agreement. Please check with your local SAP account executive to make sure that you are properly licensed to run anonymous applications. Otherwise SAP will find this during your next license audit.
