Regarding with the Smartform printing issue

Hi SAP Gurus,

Problem:This is regarding the Smart Forms, we are going for an upgrade from 4.6c to ECC 6.0. The problem with this instead of showing text it is printing ########### in the output. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The text is something like this: " ｷｭｰﾎﾟｼﾞｯﾄ 253A / 20L ABC" will be have japanese characters also.

When I am logon in Japanese language, this above text is printed as it is, except ｷｭｰﾎﾟｼﾞｯﾄ not printed.

Lastly, it will be printed in the manner "####### 253A / 20L ABC" .

Please help me regarding this issue. Please write the steps how to resolve this.

the same text will coming on LOCL printer, can try with LOCL printer ...
