hi,

I done PR, PO, GR, AND Invoice received. Eventhough PR value is showing when I have seen the report project wise.. it should be zero.. every other PR's showing zero, except one PR....

what might be the problem?

PR commitment define the internal reqmt for a material. PR have a control function & you change them at anytime.

PO commitment are contractual request to a vendor, to supply certain goods or services according to the agreed condition. In short-term, unilateral changes can be done.

Check in ME5j, ME2j

List of PO & PR. some PR PO have not been closed. final invoice indicator..etc..

Check this out.

Hi,

Please check commitment for future period also for example if you are using selection period for this year only like till 12 dec 2008 then please change this selection date as 31.12.2009, may some of the PR will be there due in next year . It happened in my case also .
