hi all,

we have an output type which is triggered everytime, immediately after the document is saved and issuing a printout.

we don't want that printout(atleast for now, it may be needed in future).

how to prevent the print output from triggering automatically.

thanks in advance for the help.

Dear Freind,

This is because of the processing Time:

In your Output condition records : There is a option to fire the print out as and when required.

Set your despatch time 3 from the 4 which is set.

your print out will only come when the user wants not every time the same is saved.

Hi,

This you can control through selecting timing of the output in the condition record.

Or

in the output determination, select the output type and then details (V/30).

Go to 'Time' tab and select "Timing 1".

Hope this is useful.

Hi there,

If you totally want to remove the O/p forever, then delete the condition type from the O/p determination.

If you want to control the O/p for a short time, then delete the condition records now. When you need the O/p in future, you can maintain the condition records again.

Hi Harini,

Simply remove/delete the condition record by using the T.Code:VV12 if it is sales order output

By using VV32 if it is a billing document

Hi,

Go to your output condition record, then remove '4' from Dispatch Time field and change to 1,2,3 whatever as per you require then it will solve your problem.

Hello,

Onwe way is to assign a logical printer to the condition BA00 --> Communication --> Output Device.

In the logical printer , no physical printer will be associated. Eventhough the system triggers the output, it will not print. Get in touch with your BASIS team, they will be able to help you in defining a Logical printer. Then you may assign this to the output condition.

This is only one way of addressing this.

Dear Harini,

If you delete the condition record for that output type & for that document type you can control automatic process.

When ever you required you need to assign output type and printer manually through document overview screen.

Note:-any how you consult concern person before going to delete the condition records.

I hope this will help you,

Regards,

Murali.
