This is SNC configuration error. Correct your SNC configuration. Your system will start working.
Check your instance profile and find the path for the dll "sncgss64.dll" it seems it could not find this dll.

Are you have
SAP ecc5 and oracle 9i on windows 2003
?
Are you trying for example to read this note ?? Strikingly ...
Or do you want to say that your ECC 5.0 is not 6.40?
P.S. About 12560
Note 441518 - ORA-12560 composite SAP Note
Regards.
Hello Kiran,
I have check my instance profile as you suggested the profile parameter "snc/gssapi_lib" in not here so i have to add this ?
Second this i have read the there sap note 128617and 89384.
As per note
By setting the profile parameter
rsdb/rclu/cachelimit =0
this parameter is also not here in my system
in all instance profiles, you can deactivate the size restriction for
cluster records (the entry of this parameter in the profile DEFAULT.PFL is
not sufficient, since no default value is provided for it).The R/3 System
must be restarted after editing the instance profiles.
Note:If the contents of cluster tables are to be transferred into other R/3
Systems, the profile parameters must also be changed in these systems so
that oversized cluster records can also be read there.
For tp and R3trans (thus for transport and client copies) the environment
variable RCLU_CACHELIMIT must be set to value 0. (for client copies,
exports and imports in the user
environment <sid>adm).
As of Release 4.6A, this size restriction no longer applies.
The program R3check will output the error number "(31)" for the affected
cluster keys even after setting the profile parameter or the environment
variable. This can then be ignored.
AS/400 Environment variables are set as follows in the AS/400: ADDENVVAR
ENVVAR(RCLU_CACHELIMIT) VALUE(0).
You can check this with the command WRKENVVAR. NT.
Please refer to Note 31559 for setting the environment variables.
Please guide.
.

Shiva,
Hai,
Have you checked your filesystems, this dump also occurs if your archive directory gets filled, 'Archive struck' conditions.

Hi shiva,
Please let me know your SAP GUI release and its patch number? Are you facing the same problem from every terminal or any perticular terminal?
Reinstalling the SAP GUI properly may solve your problem.

Aditya

Hai,
Check your license for the system.
Login with SAP* and goto SLICENSE and check the validity of the license, if you find the validity has been expired in case of Temporary license, request new license from SMP which will be mailed to you within 10 or 15 mins.
Then apply the license using SLICENSE tcode and restart your system.
